We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services. It is important to remember that flowers are a perishable, natural product that will react to their immediate indoor and external environment.
Care instructions must be followed thoroughly in order to increase the life span and enjoyment of your flowers. In order to prolong the life of your flowers we recommend cutting the stems on a sharp angle approximately 3 – 4 cm from the end and changing the water in the vase every two days. A drop of bleach in the water or flower food provided by the florist will also help preserve your flowers.
Care instructions should be followed as per the care card provided by the florist. Water your arrangement upon receipt and continue to water every second day. Foam should be kept wet at all times.
If you have any concerns surrounding your order we ask that you please call us on (07) 4771 6767 or contact us via email to discuss any queries you may have in relation to your flowers, sent or received. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation.
Complaints must be made within 48 hours of delivery. On average your flowers should last between 4 – 7 days.
