  All prices are shown in Australian dollars. Malpara florist online prices include local delivery to most Townsville residential and business addresses, delivery outside of this area will incur a $12 delivery fee. Should there be any delivery restrictions or additional charges apply to your order depending on distance from dispatch our internet sales consultant will contact you by telephone and if unsuccessful then via email.

Monday to Friday Deliveries:
Generally if your order is placed by 12noon on the desired day of delivery (Monday to Friday) your order can be delivered on the same day.

Saturday Deliveries:
Same day delivery is guaranteed on Saturday provided orders are recieved by 10am. 

Delivery will be made on the date requested and every effort will be made to meet requests as to preferred time, but only funeral deliveries can be specific with regard to time.

All designs illustrated are a guide to the style of flowers gourmet foods and gifts that will be delivered, Flowers, gourmet foods, containers and accessories may vary according to regional and seasonal availability or when they do not meet our quality standards. In some cases, substitutions of equivalent value and quality may be necessary to fulfil your requirements.

If the recipient is not home a calling card will be left in a suitable place. The item will be returned to our nearest studio where arrangements can be made with our staff for redelivery or recipient may like to collect at there convenience.

For products with alcohol:
Alcohol delivery is subject to state liquor laws, you must be 18 years or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages.

For gourmet baskets:
In the event of any goods being unavailable, we will substitute other goods of equivalent or greater value.

  Product Quality:
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services. It is important to remember that flowers are a perishable, natural product that will react to their immediate indoor and external environment. Unfortunately once we dispatch our flowers a number of changes in condition may result in changes in their longevity.

Flower Care:
Care instructions must be followed thoroughly in order to increase the life span and enjoyment of your flowers. In order to prolong the life of your flowers we recommend cutting the stems on a sharp angle approximately 3 – 4 cm from the end and changing the water in the vase every two days. A drop of bleach in the water or flower food provided by the florist will also help preserve your flowers.

Refund Policy:
If you have any concerns surrounding your order we ask that you please call us on (07) 4771 6767 or contact us by email to discuss and queries or problems you may have in relation to your flowers sent or received. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation.

Complaints must be made within 48 hours of delivery. On average your flowers should last between 3 – 7 days. Should your flowers perish within 48 hours of the delivery date and we are satisfied that all care instructions provided have been followed, Malpara Florist will be happy to resend new flowers. To assist us in quality control however it is our policy to collect the original flowers upon delivery of your resend.

All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was placed.

Cancellation of Orders:
Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a $15 administrative fee, only if notice is received 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.

  Credit card and personal information requested during purchases is encrypted during transmission to Malpara. This ordering system is protected by a shared SSL Certificate which ensures security between your computer and the order server.

If you are still uncomfortable purchasing online at Malpara Florist Online you can call our great sales team between 8am and 6pm EST on (07) 4771 6767 to arrange delivery.

When you order from Malpara Florist Online you will be asked for you credit card number and expiry date. You will also be asked for a three digit validation code. The validation code is a three-digit number on the back of the card. The code is a new feature, that provides merchants with an extra layer of verification, especially when using your card to make purchases on the internet, over the phone or by mail. You only need to provide the last three digits of the full number which can be found on the signature panel on the back of your credit card.
